Veteran actor Jackson Anthony, who was treated in the intensive care unit of the National Hospital due to an accident, has passed away this morning.
On July 3 last year, a serious accident occurred when Jack Anthony's vehicle collided with a wild elephant in Talawa area of Anuradhapura. He was admitted to the Anuradhapura Hospital in a serious condition and was admitted to the National Hospital where he was treated for 15 months in the intensive care unit.
